PB Toast 2.0

Gooood morning! Things have been a little crazy over here trying to readjust to life’s exciting changes. But I never skip my breakfast! This is my go-to breakfast for busy mornings where I don’t feel like getting creative.

This healthy mix of monounsaturated fat, complex carbohydrates, and colorful fruits guarantees a nutrient dense breakfast that won’t weigh you down in the morning.

•whole grain or sprouted grain toast
•your favorite nut butter (I use peanut)
•sliced berries or banana
•drizzle of cinnamon and agave/honey (optional)
